Supreme Court upholds federal ban on robocalls to cell phones

The Supreme Court on Monday upheld a ban on robocalls to cellphones, while also striking down an exception to the law that Congress carved out in 2015. In a splintered ruling, the court said the exception, which allowed robocalls if made to recoup debt owed to or guaranteed by the federal government, violated the Constitution’s free speech guarantee.

If were gonna fine robo callers shouldn't the recivers get compensation? I think 20$ per call would be adequate. If I got $20 per robo call id make an extra $100 a day. Those people are annoying you can't even request they put you on the dnc list.
