Bill giving all residents vote by mail option signed by Massachusetts governor

Charlie Baker, the Governor of Massachusetts on Monday signed a bill that effectively gives all residents a vote by mail option for the 2020 general and primary elections. Registered voters who wish to cast their vote by mail will receive an application which they must sign and send back in order to receive a ballot. Voters who got themselves registered by July 1 will receive the application.
