Man in temporary isolation spot in New Zealand cuts through fence to buy alcohol

A man in his 50s who arrived from Australia on 1st July was in a New Zealand coronavirus quarantine facility. He cut through a 1.8-meter fence in order to step out of his temporary isolation at the Distinction Hotel and make it to a liquor shop. The man is said to have returned to the facility within half an hour.
