Attempted election fraud charges leveled against mail carrier in West Virginia

47 year old Thomas Cooper, a mail carrier in Dry Fork, West Virginia on Thursday pleaded guilty to one count of attempted election fraud and one count of ’injury to the mail’. The same was confirmed by the office of the US Attorney in the Northern District of West Virginia. Mr. Cooper admitted to having altered as many as eight primary ballot request forms with black ink.
