China reports 141 dead or missing in flooding since June

The Yangtze River region has seen its second highest rainfall in more than a half-century so far this year as deadly floods strikes much of China. ~28,000 homes have been damaged and 141 people have died or are missing since last month. As per the Minister of Emergency Management Guoguang, virtually all of mainland China has been affected, excluding vast far western areas such as Tibet & Xinjiang.

I really hope this does not spawn off a fresh round of diseases in China, which will then be exported to the rest of the world. Thoughts and prayers with the people over there.
