Judge blocks Georgia abortion law; rules it violates constitution

A federal judge Monday permanently blocked Georgia’s 2019 ’heartbeat’ abortion ban, finding that it violates the constitution. Judge Steve C. Jones wrote that the law — which would have outlawed most abortions once a doctor can detect fetal cardiac activity, violated a woman’s constitutional right to access to the procedure as established by the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Roe v. Wade.

Remember, over 99% of all abortions are the result of two people being irresponsible with their reproductive power, and then deciding they don't want to take responsibility for the "lifeform" they created. Birth control is 99.9% effective, and nobody is unaware that they had unprotected sex. 6 weeks is not an entirely unreasonable amount of time to decide, given that with responsible self testing after unprotected sex pregnancy is decetable by 2 weeks. The earlier we terminate the less developed the "lifeform" has become, which is better for the "lifeform" (obviously not terminating is best for the "lifeform").

We will never stop until abortion outlawed (with possible exceptions in cases of rape, incest, or medical complications).
