Plan for school reopenings in New York unveiled by Gov. Cuomo

Andrew Cuomo, the Governor of New York on Monday unveiled a plan for schools to reopen, based on the infection rates of the novel coronavirus on the regional level. The Governor announced that schools could reopen if a region is in the state’s phase four of reopening, and if infection rates remained at less than 5% for an average of 14 days by the first week of August.
