UK Covid-19 deaths drop to lowest level since before lockdown

As per the latest data from ONS, deaths registered in Eng & Wales in the week ending July 3 involving Covid-19 was 532. This is the lowest number of deaths linked to the virus in the last 15 weeks. UK had announced lockdown on 23rd March and in that week 539 deaths related to Covid-19 were registered. Apart from the East of Eng and London, Covid-19 deaths are falling across all English regions.

"The Government announced last night it would make it mandatory for people to wear a face covering in shops and supermarkets, but only from July 24. They will face a £100 fine if they don't, ministers said, but the rules will not be extended to pubs and restaurants." Place where mask wearing *should* be mandatory, have been let off. Why is the government playing with fire?
