The ACLU has called out federal law enforcement as they attempt to arrest and take suspected rioters in Portland Oregon into custody. It has been reported that officers have used unmarked vehicles and camouflage uniforms to surprise and arrest suspects. The ACLU said the officers were ’kidnapping’ and that ’These actions are flat-out unconstitutional and will not go unanswered.’

Real talk for a second: not everyone being detained is getting released. They have enough evidence for some arrests after a month and a half of seige, and all they need to do is find those individuals. With DHS treating them like terrorists, they're allowed to detain in this fashion to basically find those individuals who they can arrest in the crowds, while releasing the others who are basically just useful id!ots. We may not know who they are or how many were arrested for a while, but I bet this will cause the seige to end. Without the ring leaders, this riot will collapse.
