EU leaders struggle to break summit logjam over virus recovery fund

Two day summit to discuss a £1.68tn European Union budget and Covid-19 recovery fund have been extended into a fourth day due to disagreements. In the summit, scheduled to have ended on Saturday, deep differences between 27 leaders cropped up over how to carve up the recovery fund and what strings to attach for countries it would benefit. The talks are expected to resume later Monday.

The 27 member states of the multi ethnic EU will be unable to reach an agreement until Italeave. Look at how long Brexit took, that's hilarious we'll be hearing about a Eurpoean PPP until November 2024. Sweden and Denmark and Northern Germany are getting tired of propping up Greece, Italy, and Spain.
