UK considers suspending extradition treaty with Hong Kong

UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab is considering suspending Britain’s extradition treaty with Hong Kong. Raab said the UK can no longer have ’business as usual’’ with HK and is reportedly planning to follow the example of the United States, Australia and Canada. Prime Minister Johnson’s government has been critical of China’s decision to impose a sweeping new national security law on Hong Kong.
