Experimental coronavirus vaccine given to Russia’s elite for months

A group of business executives and tycoons, and government officials were given early access to an experimental vaccine against the novel coronavirus in Russia. The vaccine was developed by the state run Gamaleya Institute in Moscow in April, and a phase 1 trial on military personnel was completed last week. The results of the study have not been published yet.
