A Kentucky couple on house arrest for refusing to sign quarantine documents

A Kentucky couple was placed on house arrest for not signing self-quarantine documents after the wife tested positive for COVID-19. Elizabeth Linscott got tested for the virus because she planned to visit her family in Michigan. She tested positive but did not show any symptoms. She claimed she never refused to self-quarantine but would not sign the documents due to the way they were worded.

If this couple win this case then the state and the bureaucrat who was in charge of bring the charges should have to pay all of their legal fees and out of pocket expenses.
