Coronavirus vaccine developed in Oxford UK, shows promising results

A coronavirus vaccine developed by the University of Oxford triggers immune responses. Trials involving 1,077 people showed the injection led to them making antibodies and Tcells that can fight coronavirus. More than 10,000 people will take part in the next stage of the trials in the UK along with a large trial of 30000 in the US as the low levels in the UK make it hard to know how effective it is

Uh uh... Of course they are going to say it shows promising results.. They have a product to sell... In this case we are talking about something out of a sci fi horror movie. A vaccine that consists of a genetically modified ape virus, developed at unprecedented speed with minimal safety testing... But yeah, I'm sure it will be perfectly safe... 🙄

What's the plan when this vaccine turns out to be as effective as the flu vaccine?
