House votes to repeal Trump administration’s controversial travel ban

House Dems passed a bill Wednesday that would repeal the administration’s travel ban on citizens of 13 countries and limit the president’s authority to issue such sweeping bans in the future. The vote was 233-183 and broke down largely along party lines. Two Republicans voted with Dems in favor of the measure. The bill — the No Ban Act, will almost certainly go nowhere in the Republican-led Senate

It's not a Muslim ban. It's a ban on people traveling from several particularly dangerous countries that have histories of producing/supporting terrorists. Those countries happen to be Islamic. There are several Islamic countries that are not included in the travel ban.
