Thousands of Israelis call for Netanyahu’s resignation as police make arrests

On Thursday, Thousands of Israelis protested in front of PM Netanyahu’s residence in Jerusalem, demanding his resignation. Police deployed water cannons and arrested 55 people. Protests have been spurred by Netanyahu’s charges for multiple counts of corruption. A recent poll showed that 75% of Israelis felt ’dissatisfied’ with the government’s handling of the COVID-19 crisis.

Although I agree that protests only increase chances of getting infected but the question is how are people supposed to register their anger and disappointment with the government? Are we not too quick to judge this? These people do realize that its a major risk yet they're out there shows the intensity of their outrage right?
