New COVID-19 cases emerge in Vietnam

The Vietnamese city of Da Nang is witnessing new COVID-19 cases with more than a dozen people testing positive. This has led to nearly 80,000 people, most of which are local tourists, to be evacuated from the city. A social distancing order has been restored in the city. The first local case in the country since April was confirmed when a 57-year old tested positive.
