Vietnam to evacuate 80,000 people from Danang after virus outbreak

Vietnam is evacuating 80,000 people, mostly local tourists, from the tourism hot spot of Danang after three residents tested positive for COVID-19 at the weekend. The evacuation will take at least four days with domestic airlines operating approximately 100 flights daily from Danang to 11 Vietnamese cities. The country is closed to foreign tourism, but there had been a surge in domestic travel.

This is part of Vietnam's drastic control measures to tackle the spread of the virus. One can safely assume these measures work, better than most of what is being done in the US, by looking at their numbers - 0 Deaths, 435 cases.Quite late, but possible we look into newer measures?
