Emergency declared in North Korean border town over suspected COVID-19 case

An emergency has been declared at a border town by Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea. A person who is suspected to be COVID-19 positive is said to have crossed the border illegally and is said to have returned from South Korea after being infected by the disease. It could be the first COVID-19 case to be acknowledged by North Korean authorities if confirmed.
