Citing pandemic concerns, Notre Dame withdraws as US Presidential Debate host

The first presidential debate which was scheduled to be held in September has been shifted from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. The debate will now take place in Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Rev. John Jenkins, the President of Notre Dame said that the move was required as the burdensome health precautions involved would interfere with student education.

Maybe the citizens of South Bend and Mishawaka don't want their streets blocked and their cities torn apart by rioters and "peaceful" willing shields of rioters.
