Russian oligarchs using art to evade sanctions, reveals Congressional probe

A new bipartisan congressional report has revealed that Russian oligarchs have begun exploiting a loophole in the art industry, and they come away with tens of millions of dollars and evade sanctions. The report was completed over a period of two years and traced $18 million in high value art purchases from US auction houses back to three shell companies Russian tycoons Arkady and Boris Rotenberg.
