US federal agents to start conditional pullout from Portland

The Trump administration and Oregon’s governor have agreed to begin a phased withdrawal of federal agents from downtown Portland starting Thursday. US Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf said the pull-out was conditional on local police protecting federal buildings, the focal point of unrest, and the agents would stay near the courthouse until they were sure the plan was working.

Can we please stop using the term "troops" when they are Law Enforcement Agents? Words and terms matter. Like protesters versus rioters.
