Sanders to Trump: We’re not delaying election, your presidency will end

Sen. Bernie Sanders categorically dismissed the idea floated by President Trump Thursday that the November election should be delayed until people can vote safely. ’No, Mr. President. We’re not delaying the election,’ Sanders responded. ’The American people are sick and tired of your authoritarianism, your lies... On November 3, 2020 democracy will prevail and your disastrous presidency will end.’

Donald Trump is a democratically elected President, and come November, if he does lose, he will make way, in a democratic way, for another democratically elected President. Why are the Dems harping about him not planning on giving up his seat? Why are we being told that there is a threat to American Democracy? Are these threats even justified?
