$80M worth cocaine found after plane crash in PNG

Authorities have discovered 500 kilograms of cocaine, worth more than $80m, on an aircraft after it crashed in Papua New Guinea. The aircraft flew from Mareeba Airport, in Queensland, to Papua New Guinea on 26 July. Officials believe the crash may have been caused by the weight of the cocaine. Five alleged members of an Australia-based organized crime ring have been charged.
