Trump says government must again seek death penalty for Boston bomber

President Trump on Sunday called for the death penalty for the Boston Marathon bomber, just days after a federal appeals court overturned the death sentence. ’Rarely has anybody deserved the death penalty more than the Boston Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev,’ Trump tweeted. A 3-judge panel overturned the sentence, ruling that the US district court did not properly vet jurors for potential bias.

Say no to death penalty. It costs more than life in prison, and it's morally reprehensible to give state authority to sanction murder under it's fluid laws.

Keeping this guy alive is a waste of time and money. The execution process for such clear cut cases needs to be streamlined so these creatures dont waste unnecessary taxpayer money.

The state should not have the power to decide who does and who does not get to live, regardless of how evil the individual in question may be.
