The White House is being sued by a major organization representing deaf Americans over the absence of a sign language interpreter at the COVID-19 briefings of the administration. A group of deaf individuals are also suing the White House for the same. The briefings (press briefings) are broadcast by the media by choice... So wouldn't the broadcaster be responsible for that? ...also all TVs are capable of closed captioning and a deaf person would very likely have that turned on... So what's the point of this??
