Israel offers humanitarian aid to Lebanon after Beirut explosions

PM Netanyahu said he instructed his NSA to discuss with UN envoy Nickolay Mladenov how Israel can assist Lebanon. ’This is the time to transcend conflict’, Israeli Defense Forces tweeted. Israel has long been in conflict with Lebanon and considers the country an ’enemy state’.
