Police dog on first shift finds missing mother and baby on Welsh mountain

A rookie police dog helped rescue a missing mother and her 1-year-old from the edge of a ravine after they had spent the night outdoors in the Welsh countryside Saturday. Max, a two-year-old German Shepherd cross, was leading his human handler, Police Constable Peter Lloyd, in their first mission together when he discovered the missing duo in a remote area of Powys, a preserved area of Wales.
