Survivors mark 75 years of bombing of Nagasaki by the United Sates

The mayor and dwindling survivors of the city of Nagasaki urged world leaders to do more to put a ban on nuclear weapons in place. The Japanese city marked the 75th year of atomic bombs being dropped by the United States. More than 70,000 people were killed in the bombing, which took place three days after the bombing of Hiroshima by the US, which killed 140,000.

Japan was willing to resign before the bombs were dropped, that's just a fact. It was just not an unconditional surrender.
