Analyst predicts iPhone shipments to decline up to 30% if WeChat banned

A online report from research analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, states that Apple’s annual iPhone shipments could decline by 25-30% in a worst-case scenario if it is forced to removes WeChat from its App Store globally. This comes after US President Trump signed an executive order on August 6 which banned US transactions with Tencent, owners of messaging app WeChat, within 45 days.

Only snapple would be able to effectively ban WeChat, Android has no way to ban the app if they accept third party apps. I never thought I'd say good job Trump but destroying 30% of IPhone sales is literally a great idea I just hope it affects Snapple even more industry is stagnant with these recycled products.
