The leaders of some NY employers are pledging to hire 100,000 low-income and people of color over the next decade. Executives from 27 cos. would be launching the NY Jobs CEO Council as a collaborative effort to address systemic economic inequality. Dimon, a co-chair of group said that these would be well-paying jobs that will help gain access to economic opportunity and a path to the middle class.

I'll tell you how to virtually guarantee access to the middle class : 1) finish high school 2) don't have kids before marriage 3) get a job I guess this addresses the third point, but does nothing for the first two. And I'm not even sure it's legal.
