According to the latest community standards report launched by Facebook, less material containing self-injury or suicide related content could be taken action against in the months between April and June. Facebook sent its moderators home in the month of March so as to avoid the spread of COVID-19. Only 911,000 pieces of content came to the attention of the social media platform in this period.
