On this day in August 12, ’The Wizard of Oz’, the popular MGM musical had its world premiere at the Strand Theater in Oconomowoc, Wis., in 1939. In 1937, Hugo Black was nominated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to the US Supreme Court. The Soviet Union conducted a secret test of its first hydrogen bomb in 1953. In 1981, IBM introduced its first personal computer, named model 5150.

Our Biggest mistake after WW2 was ending it. We should of Marched to Moscow and took out Stallin before the soviets had a chance to finish their atom bomb. We could of prevented the Cold War, Korea, Vieatnam and many other battles in the fight against communism before they started.
