Papua New Guinea government deliberately left open to spying by Huawei

According to a report created by the Australian Financial Review, software vulnerabilities in a PNG government cyber data center were deliberately created by China-based telecommunication giant Huawei. The Papua New Guinea government was left open to espionage after out-of-date encryption software and insufficient firewalls were used by Huawei to store government archives.

I see non but the epochtim's links were approved. . OK... So in short At least there was poor security work and I mean seriously substandard and at worst evidence of Chinese espionage.... Obviously hard to say for sure but......
