I use Amazon. I also use Walmart. However, the default of any product that fails usually goes to the seller. The seller then has a claim with the supplier. Personally I stand behind anything I sell under the stated term of sale. Example, if sold as is, there is no warranty expressed or implied but if I sell it "as a good as new" then the buyer has a valid claim should the product fail. If the product has been misused &/or abused then no warranty is valid.
