Abduljihad Susukan surrenders in Philippines

After being wounded in a battle, Abduljihad Susukan, a leading militant suspect linked to the beheading of hostages has surrendered in the southern Philippines. The hostages beheaded by Susukan included two Canadians and a Malaysian. The leader of the Muslim rebel group Abu Sayyaf, Susukan was served warrants for at least 23 cases of murder, five for kidnapping and six for attempted murder.
