Afghan govt releases 80 of final 400 Taliban prisoners

The Afghan govt agreed on Sun. to release 400 prisoners they termed ’dangerous’ as part of a prisoner exchange with the Taliban as a prelude to peace negotiations. They released 80 prisoners and it is not known when they plan to release the remaining 320. They consulted a grand assembly of elders and other community leaders, known as a Loya Jirga.

I'm sure they are all peaceful now and will go get jobs at Starbucks and Wal-Mart and won't go back to killing educated women and children.
