The internal watchdog of the US Postal Service will investigate cost cutting which has led to slower deliveries. These have caused alarm among lawmakers, with nearly half of US voters looking to cast their vote by mail in the presidential elections which are barely 80 days away. The Inspector General’s Office is ’conducting a body of work to address concerns raised’ a spokesperson said.
