52 percent of those who did not vote in 2016 will vote for Biden: Poll

Preliminary data from a USC Dornsife poll suggests the former Vice President Joe Biden has the support of the majority of voters who did not cast their vote in 2016, which nearly 52 percent of those surveyed saying they would vote for Mr. Biden. President Trump, on the other hand, is favored by merely 32 percent of those who did not vote in 2016. 16 percent will vote for another candidate.
