At least 14 dolphins wash up dead on Mauritius after Japanese ship’s oil spill

At least 14 dead dolphins have washed up on the coast of Mauritius, prompting debates about whether a recent oil spill from a ship was to blame. Environmentalists believe the deaths are caused by the spill or by the authorities sinking part of the vessel but the officials doubt that is the case as shark bites have been found on two of the carcasses. The carcasses are undergoing a post-mortem.
