String of moving trucks noticed in Manhattan’s Upper West Side
Curtis Sliwa, the founder of Guardian Angels claimed that a string of moving trucks was spotted in Manhattan’s Upper West Side on Saturday. Sliwa said that the exodus was in effect due to the city’s decision to house hundreds of homeless people in the neighborhood’s hotels. Sliwa, who is also a mayoral candidate, has been organizing and leading Guardian Angels patrols of the area.
