Trump ’better have an army’ to protect him if he comes to NYC, says Cuomo

Reacting to President Trump’s decision to reduce funding to defund ’lawless’ cities including New York, Gov. Cuomo said Wednesday that Trump ’better have an army’ with him when he returns to NYC. ’He can’t have enough bodyguards to walk through New York City, people don’t want to have anything to do with him’, Cuomo said. He also expressed doubt on the legality of Trump’s review of federal funds.

As a progressive, I disavow this belligerent and foolish comment by Cuomo and I hope he retracts is quickly (and, if not, that other Democrats call him out). Overall, Cuomo is an example of how Democrats can be authoritarian and bullies, too. He is only somewhat better than Trump. He has long been opposed by progressives in NY.

Is Cuomo going to get a pass on threatening the President of the United States? He also said that Trump "can't" ever move back to New York. How can he stop him when Trump already owns at least one condo there and probavly hundreds of million in real eatate? And why would he be so vindictive?
