Brown University’s ’Costs of War’ project said a ’very conservative’ estimate is that more than 37 million people have been displaced in nearly 20 years since then President George W. Bush declared a ’global war on terror.’ Iraq has the most displaced people, with 9 million who had to flee their homes. Millions in Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan and Libya were also displaced.
These numbers are too large to predict with any accuracy. Trying to estimate the number of displaced people from several countries over a 20 year span is almost a fantasy. How many times are we going to change the global warming model? I'm not interested in a four paragraph response as to why statistics are amazing, either. Edit for spelling and to call you a nerd.
