Medical workers improperly accessed Floyd’s records, claims lawyer

Multiple staff members of a Minneapolis healthcare system have been fired after improperly accessing the George Floyd’s medical records in the past month, an attorney for Floyd’s family said. The lawyer said the family is considering suing Hennepin Healthcare. Hennepin Healthcare refused to comment on the matter but added it conducts privacy access audits.

Hm, with all "due" respect, why's this matter there's breaches all of the time but somehow yet again, this one man is special. And it's odd that the family and attorney assume the breach was to malign him despite having no evidence other than there was a breach, maybe they were looking to disprove the fact that he was on drugs and had recently recovered from covid and had preexisting conditions and history of drug abuse. This just seems like victim hood prior to even knowing the facts. Maybe there was malintent who knows, but it's certainly not a special event. It's also odd that people's pasts are no longer applicable when determining martyrdom, but an officers past is always put out there.
