Disney’s Mulan remake criticized after it was filmed in Xinjiang
Disney has come under fire for filming the live action version of Mulan in Xinjiang. China has faced international criticism of widespread human rights violations against Uighurs as well as other Muslim minorities in Xinjiang. The movie had earlier come under criticism when lead actor Liu Yifei said she supported the violent crackdowns by the Hong Kong police on pro-democracy protesters.

The only way to correct Disney is to revoke their copyrights. All of them. They shouldn't be able to coast on 20th-century work, or by just buying other people's work. Do real innovative and entertaining work now, (preferably not in a land of concentration camps) or go away.
