The Department of Justice reported that 47 year old Daniel Kamensky, who is the founder of $1.2 billion Marble Ridge Capital, has been slapped with multiple federal criminal charges over his alleged role in attempting to strong arm a rival so that he could profit on the bankruptcy of Neiman Marcus. Charges of securities fraud, wire fraud, extortion, and obstruction of justice have been levied.
