This is incorrect. Defintionally speaking, gender is a concept defined by social and cultural characteristics, not biological ones. The Oxford definition for gender is “the fact of being male or female, especially when considered with reference to social and cultural differences, not differences in biology; members of a particular gender as a group”. So it would be correct to refer to the victim in this case as a woman with feminine pronouns, because that is how they identified, despite being biologically male.

They fought the japs who supported their revolution versus the Spaniards in WW11 siding with the Americans who colonized, killed 25% of their population during the Phil-Am war and altered much of their culture and history under the Doctrine of Manifest Destiny. Despite this, America never gave the Filipinos as much as Obama gave the Iranians (200Billon) or rebuilt them like the US did Japan under the Marshall plan. Now the crazy (or genius) President Duterte has allied himself with China after China forcibly took invaded, and built its base in the Spratleys islands. If Biden wins, China will eventually overrun this peace loving and most hospitable culture in the world. All because Black NOT Brown lives matter nowadays.
