President Trump signed an executive order Sunday to lower the cost of prescription drugs, linking them to the cost of the same drugs in other nations. The order repeals a July 24 executive order and expands the drugs covered originally to include those sold at pharmacies and not just those administered in doctors’ offices, as the president initially announced.
