Green Party kept off ballot in Wisconsin, absentee balloting resumes in state
The Green Party was kept off the ballot in Wisconsin as the Supreme Court of Wisconsin on Monday voted 4-3 to this effect. The ruling is widely seen as being necessary in avoiding further election delays, and will also allow absentee ballots to resume being mailed to voters. The court had ordered the mailing of absentee ballots to be paused till it decided on the fate of the Green Party.
