Plan to pre-pay postage for mail ballots rejected by Ohio GOP board

Republican on a key panel in Ohio decided against approving a postage plan for mail in ballots in the state. As a result, it is now all but impossible for ballots to get stamped in time for the presidential election in November. The proposal, which was put forward by Frank LaRose, the Republican Secretary of State, failed in a 2-4 vote. GOP members on the Controlling Board opposed the proposal.
